The Digital Accelerator seeks to deliver outstanding customer service and a premium educational experience through it's certificate programs. Our programs are based upon current trends in industry and are constantly being revised and updated based. As such, the Digital Accelerator reserves the right to substitute instructors, change course locations, cancel courses, adjust curricula or schedules, limit enrollment or refuse service. Participants may be required, depending upon the program, to purchase additional supplies.
By participating in the Digital Accelerator, a participant agrees to adhere to the SMU Student Code of Conduct, the SMU Code of Ethics, and all other University policies. Failure to abide by these policies will result in participant dismissal.
If the certificate program you have enrolled in is not meeting your expectations or if you have a situation that prevents you from participating in the course for which you are registered, please contact us immediately so that we can address the situation promptly. We are committed to providing the highest standard of customer service. Participants canceling a registration may be subject to a refund based upon the following conditions:
- Participants canceling 10 days or prior to the start of the class may be receive a full refund.
- Participants canceling within 10 days of the start of the class may be receive a refund less a 10% processing fee.
- Participants canceling after the start of the class are not entitled to a refund. Participants may have the option of enrolling in other programs or applying a portion of their fees to another program.
